Galentine's Day is for celebrating female friendships—what better way to do that than with a fully loaded charcuterie board? Grab your drink of choice and get cozy with this fun, shareable snack spread, filled with your favourite goodies and perfect for an evening with friends.

Cooking Steps

Make crostini

  • Slice baguette crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
  • On an unlined baking sheet, arrange baguette slices. Drizzle 1 1/2 tbsp oil over top. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
  • Broil baguette slices in the middle of the oven for 2-4 min, until golden and crisp. (TIP: Keep an eye on them so they don't burn!)

  • Halve each piece of prosciutto lengthwise. (TIP: Use kitchen shears to make this easier!)
  • Core, then cut apple into 1/4-inch slices.
  • Peel, then separate clementine into segments.
  • Remove cheddar and Boursin from packaging.
Make chocolate-dipped fruit

  • On a large parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange half the fruit pieces.
  • To a small microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips and 2 tsp oil. Microwave in 20-sec increments, stirring after each, until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Dip the ends of fruit pieces one by one into the chocolate mixture, then replace on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. 
  • Transfer baking sheet to the freezer for 3-4 min, until chocolate is firm.
Finish and serve

  • Place cheddar on one corner of a large platter or board. Cut a couple thin slices.
  • Place Boursin and brie on the opposite corner.
  • Pile prosciutto in the centre. Arrange half the salami and half the chorizo in a slightly overlapping layer next to cheddar. Repeat with remaining salami and remaining chorizo next to Boursin. (TIP: We like to layer in an arc shape.)
  • Fill remaining gaps on the board with fruit.
