Before starting, wash and dry all produce. Lightly oil the grill.While you prep, preheat the grill to 400°F over medium heat. Pat salmon dry with paper towels.Season with salt and pepper. Arrange a sheet of foil on one side of the grill. Place salmon on foil. Close lid and grill, carefully flipping once, until salmon is cooked through, 4-5 min per side.**
Pat shrimp firmly dry with paper towels. Drizzle 1 tbsp oil over shrimp, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.Add shrimp. Cook, flipping shrimp once until cooked through, 2-3 min per side.**
Trim ends off broccolini, then cut any larger stalks in half lengthwise, leaving thinner stalks whole.Brush broccolini with 1 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add broccolini to grill. Grill, flipping once, until tender/tender-crisp, 4-5 min.
Husk, then cut each cob in half crosswise. Brush each cob with 1/2 tbsp oil. Add corn to the grill/to the side of the grill. Close lid and grill, turning occasionally, until corn is tender and grill marks form, 8-10 min.
