Before starting, wash and dry all produce. Core, then cut apple into 1/2-inch pieces. Peel, then separate clementine into segments.
Add vinegar, blueberry jam and 1 tbsp oil to a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then whisk to combine.
Add baby spinach, apple, clementines and seed blend to the large bowl with dressing. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to combine. Crumble goat cheese over top.
