Ian Brooks, CEO and Founder
Ian Brooks founded HelloFresh Canada in early 2016, as the Canadian operation of the global leader in meal kits, Berlin-based HelloFresh SE. Ian started his career in Calgary as an environmental consultant, and has since lived and worked in Zurich, London, and lately Toronto, as an IT project manager with Scotiabank, a strategic sourcing professional with Johnson & Johnson, and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. He has an MBA from IMD. He is married with two young boys, and his family happily eats HelloFresh six nights a week.
Corby-Sue Neumann, Director of Culinary
Corby-Sue Neumann joined HelloFresh Canada in September 2017. Today, she is our Head of Culinary, and media spokesperson. When she's not in the HelloFresh test kitchen or deep in the recipe data, she's traveling across Canada appearing on morning shows, radio broadcasts and news sites sharing the culinary love!
Previously, she's worked in the culinary industry in Sydney, Australia where she produced and hosted a weekly radio show, and made over 40 TV appearances (e.g. Ready, Steady Cook, Recipe to Riches and Food Safari, etc.). A true food lover, Corby-Sue has worked as a Chef, Food Writer and Producer, Caterer, and more! In her downtime, you can find Corby-Sue on culinary adventures with her two favourite people, her kids!
