Cooking Steps

- Cut each tortilla into 6 equal wedges.
- Divide tortilla wedges between two parchment-lined baking sheets. Drizzle 1 tbsp oil over each sheet. Season with garlic salt and 1/2 tsp pepper, then toss to coat.
- Arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer.
- Bake in the top and middle of the oven, rotating the sheets halfway through, until golden and crisp, 5-6 min. (TIP: Keep your eye on them so they don't burn!)

- Meanwhile, halve pepperoni.
- Core, then cut pepper into 1/4-inch pieces.
- Add pepperoni to a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring often, until pepperoni is slightly crispy and edges have browned, 4-5 min.
- Transfer pepperoni to a small bowl.
- Add peppers to the same pan over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until tender-crisp, 3-4 min.
- Remove the pan from heat.

- Dollop marinara sauce over tortilla chips, then sprinkle three-quarters of the cheese over top.
- Top with pepperoni and peppers. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake nachos in the middle of the oven until cheese is melted 2-3, min.

- Serve pizza nachos directly on the baking sheet. (NOTE: Be careful. The baking sheet will be very hot!)
