It’s draped in a creamy lemon sauce and served atop brown rice pilaf studded with peas and carrots, perfect for soaking up the rich sauce. On the side, there’s a generous helping of broccoli florets tossed in garlic and Parmesan, plus rosemary-seasoned carrot coins.

1. Remove meal sleeve, pierce clear plastic film. If applicable, peel corner of film to remove cup. 
2. Microwave meal on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove meal, let cool, peel off film, plate and enjoy!
