Instructions

1
  • Add cavatappi to the boiling water. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender, 8-9 min.
  • Reserve 1/4 cup (1/2 cup) pasta water, then drain and return cavatappi to the same pot, off heat.
  • Meanwhile, husk corn, then halve crosswise.
  • Thinly slice green onions keeping whites and greens separate.

hot honey vs hot bbq ribs

2
  • Heat a large pan over medium-high heat.
  • When hot, add 3 tbsp (6 tbsp) butter. Swiril pan until melted, 1 min. Carefully tip half the butter into a medium bowl.
  • Add green onion whites to butter in pan. Cook, stirring often until fragrant, 30 sec.
  • Sprinkle Cream Sauce Spice Blend overtop. Stir to coat.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Add milk, cream cheese, half the cheddar and 1 cup (2 cups) (reserved) pasta water. Cook, stirring often until sauce is smooth, 2-3 min
3
  • While sauce cooks, add panko and remaining cheddar to bowl of melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Add cavatappi to pan with sauce. Remove from heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then stir to coat. (NOTE: If you don't have an oven-proof pan, carefully transfer ravioli to an 8x8-inch baking dish [9x13-inch for 4 ppl].)
  • Sprinkle panko mixture overtop.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven until sauce is bubbly and toping is golden-brown, 10-12 min.
4
  • While macaroni pie bakes, combine BBQ sauce and hot sauce ** heat guide*** in a small bowl.
  • Cut ribs in half, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Brush ribs all over with half the BBQ sauce.

5
  • Add ribs to one side of the grill.
  • Close lid and grill, flipping and brushing with remaining sauce halfway through, until warmed through 15-18 min.**
  • Add corn to other side of grill. Close lid and grill, turning occasionally, until tender and grill marks form, 8-10 min.
6
  • Divide corn, macaroni pie and ribs between plates.
  • Drain pickles and serve alongside.
