8x8" Baking Dish
Measuring Spoons
Measuring Cups
Large Non-Stick Pan
Aluminum Foil

Instructions

1
  • Cut rolls into 1/2-inch pieces.
  • Arrange on an unlined baking sheet. Toast ciabatta in the top of the oven, flipping once, until golden-brown, 6-8 min. (TIP: Keep an eye on buns so they don't burn!)
2
  • Meanwhile, lightly oil a 8x8-inch baking dish with 1 tsp oil.
  • Cut celery into 1/4-inch pieces.
  • Finely chop parsley.
  • Whisk together broth concentrate and 1 1/4 cup water in a large bowl.
3
  • Heat a large-non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • When hot, add 3 tbsp butter, then swirl the pan to melt, 30 sec.
  • Add celery, onions and leeks to the pan. Cook, stirring often until slightly softened, 3-4 min.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove pan from heat.
4
  • Add toasted bread, veggies, 1 tbsp sage, 1 tbsp parsley, 1/2 tbsp thyme, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper to the large bowl with stock. Toss to combine.
  • Firmly press dressing mixture into the baking dish.
  • Cover and bake next to turkey, in the middle of the oven, until set, 30-35 min.
  • Uncover and continue to cook, until top is golden-brown, 15-17 min.
5
  • Serve in the baking dish at room temperature!
