  • Thinly slice green onions
  • Zest, then juice the lime.
  • Cut tomato into 1/4-inch pieces.

  • Scatter tortilla chips over a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle over cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the middle-rack of the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbling, 2-3 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together sour cream, 1 tsp of lime juice, 1/2 tsp of lime zest and season with salt and pepper.
  • In another small bowl, stir together guacamole and 1 tsp of lime juice.

  • When tortilla chips are done, remove from the oven and dollop with sour cream and guacamole.
  • Sprinkle over green onions and tomato.
