Before starting, wash and dry all produce. Lightly oil the grill.While you prep, preheat the grill to 400°F over medium heat. Pat steak dry with paper towels. Season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.Add steak to the grill. Cook, flipping steak once, until cooked to desired doneness, 4-6 min per side.**
Pat scallops dry firmly with paper towels. Drizzle 1 tbsp oil over scallops, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.Working one skewer at a time, thread 2-3 scallops onto skewer. Repeat until all scallop are skewered. Add scallop to the grill. Cook, flipping scallop once, until cooked through, 2-3 min per side.**
Husk, then cut each cob in half crosswise. Brush each cob with 1/2 tbsp oil. Add corn to the grill. Close lid and grill, turning occasionally, until corn is tender and grill marks form, 8-10 min.
Trim ends off broccolini, then cut any larger stalks in half lengthwise, leaving thinner stalks whole.Brush broccolini with 1 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add broccolini to the grill. Grill, flipping once, until tender-crisp, 4-5 min.
