  • In a large non-stick pan, heat 1 tbsp oil (double for 4 portions) over medium-high heat.
  • While the pan heats, pat salmon dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  • When the pan is hot, add salmon. Cook for 2-3 min, until browned. Flip salmon and continue cooking for 2-3 min, until cooked through.**
