Season with 1/2 tsp garlic salt (dbl for 4 ppl) and pepper, then toss to coat. (NOTE: For 4 ppl, use 2 baking sheets, with 1 tbsp oil per sheet.) Roast in the middle of the oven, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden-brown, 25-28 min. (NOTE: For 4 ppl, roast in the middle and the bottom of the oven, rotating sheets halfway through.)

Make burger patties
2

Meanwhile, add breadcrumbs, turkey, half the Indian Spice Blend, half the Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 tsp garlic salt (dbl for 4 ppl) to a large bowl. Season with pepper, then combine.Form mixture into two 4-inch-wide patties (4 patties for 4 ppl).

Meanwhile, halve buns. Arrange buns, cut-side up, on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Once patties are cooked through, arrange patties beside buns. Top patties with cheese. Bake buns and burgers in the top of the oven until golden-brown and cheese has melted, 3-4 min. (TIP: Keep an eye on buns so they don't burn!)
