Cooking Steps

Start gravy

  • Heat a medium pot over medium heat.
  • When hot, add 2 tbsp butter, then swirl the pot until melted, 30 sec.
  • Sprinkle Gravy Spice Blend over butter. Cook, stirring often, until golden-brown and fragrant, 2-3 min. 
Finish gravy

  • Add 1 cup reserved turkey drippings, broth concentrates, 1/2 tbsp chicken salt and 1 tsp thyme, then increase heat to high. (TIP: If you don't have enough drippings to make 1 cup, top up with water!)
  • Once boiling, reduce heat to medium.
  • Simmer, whisking often, until gravy is reduces slightly, 4-5 min.
Finish and feast

  • Transfer gravy to a gravy boat.
