  • Pat salmon dry with paper towels, then season with salt, pepper and remaining Zesty Garlic Blend.

  • Arrange salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil over top.
  • Roast in the middle of the oven until cooked through, 8-12 min.**

  • Meanwhile, zest, then juice half the lemon (whole lemon for 4 ppl). Cut any remaining lemon into wedges.
  • Halve lettuce head, cut around core, then cut lettuce half into bite-sized pieces (whole lettuce head for 4 ppl).

  • Add lettuce, croutons, Caesar dressing, half the Parmesan, 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) lemon juice, 1/2 tsp (1 tsp) lemon zest to a large bowl. Toss to combine.

  • Divide salmon and salad between plates.
  • Sprinkle remaining Parmesan over salad.
  • Squeeze a lemon wedge over top, if desired.
